Richmond Apothecaries is proud to offer medication administration course for assisted living facilities. We offer both a 32 hour and a 68 hour course. Your course requirements are determined by the home's licensing and by the type of home.

We offer a 32 hour medication management course for Mental Health and Mental Retardation (MHMR) Homes and the Department of Social Services Children's Homes. Our state certified trainers offer a 32-hour course using the approved curriculum in Medication Management, including the Insulin Module.

We offer a 68 hour medication management course for Assisted Living Facilities or Residential Care Facilities who are licensed through the Department of Social Services. We follow the approved Virginia Board of Nursing curriculum in Medication Management.
